Melissa Baker

Melissa Baker has been Vice President, Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc. since 2007. Her specialties include working closely with employers on benefit design, including wellness and retiree medical options. Melissa holds a BA in Business Management from St. Mary’s College.  She joined the TLCS board in 2013 because TLCS provides a valuable service in the community working in an area that is not well addressed, known or funded. She would like to see a greater awareness of programs and services in the general community and would like to see expansion of these valuable services to an underserved community.

Michele Adams

Michele Adams has been a State Farm Insurance Agent in Sacramento since 1993.  She received her undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and a Masters in Management from the University of Illinois.   As a business owner, Michele has become increasingly aware of the challenges facing people experiencing homeless while also struggling with mental health disabilities in the Sacramento area.  She is eager to partner with others in the business community to increase awareness and support for the valuable services offered through TLCS, Inc.

Eric Olsen

Eric Olsen has been the Vice President of Finance and Risk Management at Ray Stone Incorporated since 2000.  He is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento with a degree in Business Administration/Accounting. He is responsible for designing and implementing all management information systems, as well as establishing and maintaining internal controls over financial reporting to monitor the financial integrity of RSI and its portfolio of assets. In addition, he is responsible for the oversite of Human Resources, and all risk management activities including evaluation and procurement of all insurance and employee benefits.  Through working in multifamily housing, Eric is very aware of how fragile humans can be.  He believes that the mission of TLCS provides a great service to many of the disenfranchised in our community.

George Ehrlick

As a former client of TLCS, George has dedicated his life to giving back to the organization and helping clients see what they can become. George has served on the TLCS Board since 2010 and has been instrumental in reincarnating the Program Committee. He visits each TLCS program reviewing challenges and success and reports this information back to the full Board. George is an active volunteer for TLCS and can be counted on to participate in a variety of agency activities.

Barbara Voors, RN, MN

Barbara has a master's degree in nursing from UCLA.. Presently she is the Continuum Administrator at Kaiser Permanente. She has oversight responsibility for dialysis, ambulance, skilled nursing facilities, home health, hospice, palliative care, and durable medical equipment. She is very interested in increasing the availability of mental health resources.

Marcie Larkey

Ms. Larkey is a recent retiree. Her professional career spans almost 40 years in the non-profit Sacramento Community. The majority of Marcie'sexperience has been in healthcare where she held a wide range of positions in education, marketing, business development and fundraising.  Ms. Larkey, always active in the community, has served on the Board of Directors for The Association of Fundraising Professionals, Habitat for Humanity, People Reaching Out, and Mental Health Associates, (an Independent Practice Association)  She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Episcopal Foundation of Northern California and TLCS.

Randi Knott

Randi L. Knott currently serves as the Intergovernmental Relations Officer for the City of Sacramento. Appointed to the position in 2012, Knott has over 20 years of experience in government relations in the public, private and non-profit sectors.  With an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration from USC, Knott has an extensive background in public policy and crisis communications. From 2005-2010, she served as an appointee to the State Council on Developmental Disabilities as the Chair of the Legislative Committee and later as Vice Chair of the Council. She has also sat on the Sacramento County Mental Health Board and is a previous Board Member for TLCS. As an amateur comedian, she has participated in several Stand Up Sacramento Comedy Night events including the most recent one at the Crest Theater.  A fierce advocate for people with developmental disabilities and those with mental illness, Knott spends much of her time working on policy related to these issues. Randi is currently serving as chair of the Fund Development Committee.  Knott is a resident of Sacramento for over a decade and lives Carmichael with her husband Devin and son Presley (age 11).

Jeff Robertson

Jeff is a data analytics manager at Health Net where he has worked on military programs since 1995. Most recently, he
has been working in the Military Family Life Counseling program which gives non-medical counseling support to military families.
Prior to that, Jeff served in the US Air Force as a flight instructor and fighter pilot.  He hold a bachelors degree in mathematics from UCLA and a Masters degree in Management from Troy State University.  Jeff looks forward to helping the veteran population served by TLCS.

Charles Cochran

Charles Cochran joined TLCS as a board member August 2016. Charles is a Vice President and Business Banking Team Lead serving the Sacramento area with Banner Bank. Charles holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Redlands and has worked in finance, banking, and related occupations for more than 10 years. Charles is passionate about the growth of small and medium businesses in Northern California and TLCS is excite he has joined our team.

Erin Johansen

Erin was named Executive Director at TLCS in February, 2016. Erin spent over 25 years in the food business as a sales and marketing professional. In 2008 she co-founded and served as Executive Director for a non-profit substance abuse treatment program for teens in Placer County. After successfully merging that program into a larger non-profit, Erin found her niche in the non -profit world. Serving as the first Development Director for TLCS beginning in 2013, was an incredibly rewarding and energizing experience. She looks forward to leading the organization into the next chapter by building the resources to offer expanded services to enhance the lives of the people we serve. Erin holds a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from San Jose State University and Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from San Diego State University.
