Kim Gilbert

Administrative Director

Kim has worked at Hope Cooperative (formerly TLCS) for more than twelve years. Kim has been in the human resources field since 2001, specializing in Benefits Administration. Kim and her team are tasked with coordinating daily operational, human resources, and payroll functions, streamlining systems, improving business efficiency, and implementing the agency's health and wellness activities. Kim is also Hope Cooperative's resident Notary Public.

Kim's passion is to be of service to others, and although she doesn’t work directly with the clients, she loves supporting the staff who work hard to improve our clients' quality of life.
