People Achieving Change Together (PACT) provides a wide variety of services to the adult population who are homeless and have psychiatric disabilities.  Securing and maintaining housing, advocacy, referral, crisis intervention and support are all primary services that PACT offers.

PACT also provides the following:

  • Vocational information and counseling
  • Entitlement advocacy
  • Substance abuse education
  • Counseling and Recovery services
  • Money management education
  • Community support services

Each individual works with his/her PACT case manager to develop a plan that is completely tailored to meet  his/her needs.

Access to our New Direction case management programs goes through The Guest House, the mental health clinic for homeless individuals with a psychiatric disability.  Guest House is located at 1400 North A Street, Bldg. A, Sacramento, 95811.
