Widening Opportunities for Rehabilitation
and Knowledge (WORK) is a HUD funded program that provides
for vocational support for homeless adults who are motivated
to enter the workforce. This program works in collaboration
with Crossroads Employment Services to provide employment
services and job coaches as needed.
Individuals who participate in the program receive the following:
- Case management services
- Rent Subsidies
- Housing assistance
- On the job supportive services
Access to our New Direction case management programs goes through The Guest House, the mental health clinic for homeless individuals with a psychiatric disability. Guest House is located at 1400 North A Street, Bldg. A, Sacramento, 95811.
