TLCS Property Management has been providing property management services for TLCS Inc. (formerly Transitional Living and Community Support) communities since 1981.  Currently we manage our own portfolio and several fee management properties.  We also maintain three commercial properties that house our TLCS Social Service Programs.   We are a small property management company who can give you and your properties the attention you deserve.  You need reliability, you need integrity—you need an experienced team who will make the most of your investment so you can be free to do other things.   • Regulatory compliance and monitoring, tenant eligibility, rent restrictions and filing requirements by Funding Sources

   As Real Estate Asset Manager, Mrs. Cathy Strader is responsible for the performance of the Agencies portfolio. She monitors all phases of operations with a focus on meeting the TLCS clients’ unique needs and expectations while maximizing income. She oversees all property management related strategies in collaboration with the TLCS team of leaders.  Cathy is responsible for supervision of all activity relating to fair housing issues and training, occupancy and marketing strategy, including regulatory compliance management and monitoring.
